Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Work 1-on-1 with children with autism in a supportive clinic setting
• Help build communication, social, and life skills through play and routine
• Utilize fun, research-backed methods —training provided
• Track each child’s progress using simple data collection tools
• Receive ongoing support and supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collaborate with a passionate team of therapists and clinicians
• Adapt sessions to meet each child’s unique needs

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to kneel, crouch, stand for long periods, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Willingness to complete a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• ABA experience —training provided
• College degree
• Certifications — we’ll help you get certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in your first month
