Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Representative to join the team at our thriving clinic. As the first point of contact, you will greet customers upon arrival, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication and computer skills, and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
  • Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms
  • Maintain a clean and inviting environment
  • Provide general customer service and attend to client needs throughout their visit

Required Qualifications

  • Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Familiarity with computers and scheduling software
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
