Position Overview

Renewal by Andersen is expanding our Direct Marketing Team in the greater Orange County Area! As the full-service replacement window division of Andersen Corporation, we are united by the goal of making a difference in the lives of homeowners and the communities we serve.
We are seeking an accomplished, driven, and collaborative Direct Marketing Associate to elevate our customer experience in upgrading homes across Riverside, Corona, Inland Empire, and Rancho areas.

Compensation: This position features uncapped commission in addition to base pay, with successful candidates expected to earn over $80,000 OTE in the first year. Base pay starts at $20 per hour and is determined by various factors including work experience, education, geographic location, and certifications. A base monthly driving incentive with variable mileage reimbursement is also available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate highly qualified leads through door-to-door campaigning in the assigned territory, in line with directives from the Canvassing Program Manager.
  • Travel independently to the assigned territory while representing Renewal by Andersen with the utmost professionalism.
  • Utilize the Renewal by Andersen mapping program and business applications to accurately record house-to-house information and track data.
  • Maintain a professional appearance by being courteous, neat, and properly uniformed with the appropriate municipality permitting.
  • Attend company meetings as required.
  • Communicate with the Canvassing Program Manager to share ideas for improving the effectiveness of canvassing program policies.
  • Master the Renewal by Andersen methodology, products, and current promotional offerings to become a Signature Service expert.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum age of 18 to be covered under the company driving insurance policy.
  • Reliable transportation to navigate through the territory.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Able to navigate through multiple platforms on tablets.
  • Physically capable of standing and walking 3 to 5 miles a day.
