Sales Rep - Part Time - Flexible Work

Position Overview

Vector Marketing is filling immediate sales positions where you will interact with customers, sell our Cutco products, and process orders. This is an entry‐level role with Compensation: $25.00 base‐appt plus commission based on performance. The position offers flexible scheduling to work around school, a full‐time job, or family obligations. You will begin with virtual interviews and in‐office training, with opportunities for advancement through management or career sales pathways.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to present Cutco products and process orders.
• Participate in comprehensive training sessions and team meetings.
• Adapt and implement a flexible work schedule that suits personal commitments.
• Utilize provided support to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experience.
• Maintain professionalism during virtual interviews and in-office engagements.

Required Qualifications

• Enjoy working with people and possess a positive attitude.
• At least 18 years old or 17 and a high school graduate.
• Conditions apply and ability to start within the next 7–10 days.
• Willing to learn and apply new skills in a dynamic sales environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Experience in fast food, call centers, administrative roles, or similar fields is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
