Position Overview

AgFast Tech at Bayer is seeking an Agriculture Training & Support Specialist. In this role, you will work with the latest agricultural technologies to help customers maximize the performance of their equipment. You will be expected to think critically and creatively to identify solutions to customer challenges while innovating new ideas that push the boundaries of current practices. Additionally, you will engage in delivering training programs and technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in agricultural technology or training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
