Job Description

Position Overview

Toll Brothers, America's Luxury Home Builder, is seeking a dynamic Associate Sales Consultant for its new luxury home community in Houston, Texas. In this training role, you will learn to become a Sales Consultant by generating traffic, supporting sales teams, and delivering a luxury customer experience from the first visit through move-in. You will work on-site 5 days per week with one of the nation’s most respected Fortune 500 companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate traffic by maintaining an updated online presence and coordinating with the marketing team.
  • Support both Online and Onsite Sales teams to drive lead conversion and meet community sales goals.
  • Build relationships with Real Estate Agents through regular prospecting and appointment setting.
  • Perform competitive analysis, monitor community standards, and demonstrate model home and community features.
  • Utilize core applications (Salesforce, Pivotal, Microsoft Office, etc.) to manage customer information and support business needs.
  • Prepare and present documentation, including real estate-related paperwork, to customers.
  • Attend and actively participate in sales meetings.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by coordinating mortgage processes, post-sale communications, and personalizing the customer experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills with effective communication, negotiation, and collaboration abilities.
  • A proven drive to generate leads, achieve sales targets, and work across multiple departments.
  • Coachable, self-motivated, and willing to embrace additional responsibilities through mentorship.
  • Essential: Real Estate license (as required in some states), weekend availability, and commitment to a full-time workweek.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1+ years of sales and/or customer service experience.
  • Prior experience in real estate sales is a plus.
