Position Overview
Location: New York, NY (fully onsite 5 days)

As our Web Designer, you’ll focus on the look, feel, and usability of our website and web application.
You’ll work closely with product and engineering to design layouts, flows, and interfaces in Figma, ensuring our web presence is visually stunning, consistent, and optimized for users.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-fidelity designs, mockups, and prototypes in Figma.
- Own the UI/UX design process: from wireframes to final polished visuals.
- Design responsive layouts that adapt beautifully across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Develop and maintain a design system and consistent visual language.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.
- Stay current with web design trends, accessibility best practices, and emerging tools.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of professional experience in web/UI design.
- Expert in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web design work (UI + UX).
- Deep understanding of responsive design, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript fundamentals to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across product and engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bonus: Experience with independently building React projects end-to-end.
