Position Overview

Teaching Assistant (Temporary) – We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to support primary and secondary schools across Lincoln and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and making a positive difference in students' learning and development.
Location: Lincoln and Surrounding Areas
Salary: £82.08 - £96.96 per day (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering engaging classroom activities
• Work with small groups or individual pupils to reinforce learning
• Assist students with additional learning needs
• Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment
• Support behaviour management and encourage positive conduct
• Prepare classroom materials and resources as required
• Provide general classroom and administrative assistance

Required Qualifications

• Experience working with children (school setting preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patient, adaptable, and proactive attitude
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA or equivalent) desirable but not essential
