Entry Level Account Manager

Position Overview

Touchstone Direct Group is seeking an Entry Level Account Manager responsible for building long-term, trusting relationships with customers. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with customers by connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, and preparing sales reports.
• Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Conduct required remote Zoom calls in the mornings.
• Be prepared for occasional travel as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate client needs with staff.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Willingness to relocate to Lewisville, TX 75057 prior to starting work.
