Job Type: Part-time with growth into full-time. Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour. Expected Hours: 5–20 per week. Work Location: Hybrid remote in Glen Allen, VA 23060.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture video/photo content during on-site client visits and events.
• Film and post live video/story coverage for social media.
• Shoot behind-the-scenes content and assist with brand photography.
• Travel to clients locally and regionally for content capture (including occasional after-hours/weekends).
• Manage, post, and schedule content across client social platforms.
• Brainstorm creative content ideas aligned with client strategies.
• Write captions, select audio, edit reels, and engage with communities.
• Upload and format blog posts on client sites.
• Assist with editing and repurposing video for social platforms.
• Research marketing trends to support client strategies.
• Support campaign execution, content days, and marketing events.

Required Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with social platforms (IG and FB required; TikTok a bonus).
• Basic video/photo editing (experience with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe preferred).
• Reliable transportation for client visits.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
