Position Overview
As a Sales Executive with LoopNet Digital Advertising in Oklahoma City, OK, you will represent state‐of‐the‐art digital advertising and marketing solutions for commercial real estate. Drawing on CoStar Group’s extensive expertise and training, you will partner with top brokers and property owners to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that enhance property visibility and drive advertising revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management – Through consultative sales methods, build long-lasting client relationships and become a trusted advisor.
- Business Development – Leverage CoStar Group’s extensive property data to prospect new clients and secure new business.
- Teamwork – Collaborate across LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive overall sales revenue.
- Industry Acumen – Develop expertise in digital advertising strategies and commercial real estate trends in your territory.
- Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding customer support with regular, value-added communication and in-person meetings (including required travel).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of four years of successful sales and account management experience within commercial real estate or selling digital advertising/marketing solutions.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and a demonstrated commitment to previous employers.
- A current and valid driver’s license (or ability to obtain one prior to start) with a satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to drive regularly for extended periods throughout the workday.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in building long-term relationships and business partnerships at a senior/C-Suite level.
- Ability to analyze data, create performance reports, and make strategic recommendations.
- Consistent access to an operational motor vehicle by or before the start date.
- Flexibility and adaptability within a high-growth company environment.
- Self-starter who excels in both team settings and independent work.
