Facilities Maintenance Technician , Commercial and Residential construction work

Job Responsibilities

• Repair and replace floor and base tiles
• Removed and install mirrors, paper and toilet dispensers, door locks, furniture, etc etc..
• Electrical-- lighting panels, light fixtures, bulbs, ballast, lenses, cameras etc etc..
• Plumbing--faucets, mixer valves, drains, strainers, toilets, sinks, supply lines, drain grates, mop sink fixtures, flush valves, commerical diagrams and sensors.
• Wall panels-- Drywall repair, wall paper, FRP sheets, painting, walls, doors, buildings, outdoor enclosures ...
• Ceilings--track ceilings, ceiling tiles, ceiling vents,
• Exterior--concrete repairs, brick repair, fence repair, exterior painting, etc etc ...
• High pressure and heat power washing of entryways and dumpster enclosures
• Residential-- drywall, plumbing, electric, flooring, siding, windows, room additions, wood and metal framing
• Will be expected to show up to job and communicate to manager or homeowner and perform tasks without being micromanaged
• Will be required to keep track and document before and after pictures of tasks performed and completed and also fill out paperwork and invoices
• Will require a self-driven and responsible attitude and work habits due to working in public and private areas and locations

Pay

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
