Position Overview

This full-time, in-person role is for an entry level Account Executive at United Wholesale Mortgage in Pontiac, Michigan. Hiring immediately, you will connect with broker partners across all 50 states—bolstering their businesses and showcasing the advantages of partnering with UWM. Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with broker accounts.
  • Educate clients on UWM’s Easiest Application System Ever (EASE) and competitive products.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering guidance and solutions.
  • Maintain a robust loan pipeline to surpass sales targets.
  • Drive sales initiatives at one of Michigan’s largest companies.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in mortgage or relationship-based sales.
  • Understanding of the difference between retail and wholesale lending.
  • Proven ability to build business rapport with strong communication skills.
  • Competence with tech tools such as Microsoft Office and CRMs.
  • Full-time onsite availability; must reside in Michigan or be willing to relocate.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the mortgage industry.
  • Experience in inside or phone sales.
  • Background in a B2B sales environment.
  • Ambition to achieve a six-figure income in a competitive setting.
