Retail Keyholder (Store 3725)

Position Overview

At GameStop, we are committed to providing exceptional service and delivering the latest and greatest in gaming products to our customers. As a Retail Keyholder, you will assist the store management team in executing and supervising all store activities, providing outstanding guest service experiences within a sales culture that utilizes elements of GameStop's Circle of Life buy, sell, trade, and reservation business model.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service, assist guests with their video gaming needs, and promote GameStop's unique guest benefits.
• Support the overall shopping environment, including visual and operational elements, and nurture guest relationships that lead to sales and repeat business.
• Process guest purchases and returns accurately, address guest comments or questions, and complete Omni-Channel orders daily.
• Safeguard company assets through effective inventory control and loss prevention practices, conduct store inventory counts, and stock/restock merchandise.
• Support store management in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrink goals, and complete required administrative and operational duties.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to Sales Associates in the absence of management.

Required Qualifications

• Proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work alone, stand, and move throughout the store unassisted for up to 10 hours per day.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience.
• Video game knowledge.

Compensation

Pay: $15.50 - $18.25
