Job Description

Required Skills:

Experience in service oriented platform development using JAVA, JEEE, Spring Framework, HA Hadoop, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and OpenStack cloud

Scripting skills to implement a devops framework for a PaaS

Support provisioning and setup of development, test, and production environments

Maintain these environments and routinely deploy, promotes codes to different environments

Experience in the following technologies/platforms/tools:

• Programming Languages: Java, JavaScript, C/C++, Ruby, Python, HTML, XML, XSL, CSS
• Application Servers: Weblogic, JBoss
• Databases: Oracle, DB2, SQL Server
• Web Technologies: JavaEE, EJB, JSP, Servlet, JDBC, JMS
• Operating Systems: Linux, Windows
• Version Management: GITHub, SVN and Maven

Desired Skills:

• Supported design and development of the cloud operations with VPC, Security Group, EC2, Route53, ELB, S3, and other services
• Able to configure JBoss 5.1.x application servers with clustering
• JBoss Messaging and remote JMS with bridges
• Able to configure Apache Web server
• Able to contribute to the automation of cloud operation and monitoring efforts using products like Chef and Puppet.
