Response Labs, an award-winning CRM and loyalty marketing agency, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Marketing Data Analyst to play a key role in optimizing our clients' omnichannel marketing efforts.
In this senior-level role, you will extract, analyze, and interpret data to inform strategic decision-making for CRM and loyalty programs. Your expertise in data analysis and marketing will drive actionable insights that enhance customer experiences and program performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex data analysis plans, utilizing advanced statistical techniques and tools like SQL, Python, and R.
- Translate complex data into clear and concise insights tailored for communication to diverse stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines, data visualizations, and reporting dashboards using Tableau for various CRM and loyalty program KPIs.
- Create audience segments for A/B testing, marketing campaigns, and reporting.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to uncover opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Collaborate with client teams and internal departments to define strategic direction based on data-driven recommendations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data analytics, CRM, and loyalty marketing.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new data-driven solutions and practices within the agency.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Marketing Data Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within a marketing or CRM agency environment.
- Solid understanding of marketing analytics concepts and metrics related to CRM, life-cycle marketing, media, and loyalty programs.
- Proven ability to develop impactful dashboards and visualizations using Salesforce Tableau.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a track record of resolving complex data-related challenges.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Demonstrated experience using Python for data cleansing, normalization, blending, and advanced statistical analysis.
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce Tableau Prep and SuperMetrics for ETL tasks and data blending.
- Deep understanding of relational databases with proficiency in SQL for query, join, and data manipulation tasks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
