Job Description

Position Overview

As a Director, Digital Strategy, you will be driving performance, guiding account teams, and orchestrating growth for top advertisers at Monks. In this role, you will manage client relationships, serve as an account sponsor for large clients, and develop digital paid media strategies across channels including search, social, display, video, ABM, and affiliate. Please note there is a strong preference for EST or CST candidates.

Location: Remote (EST/CST preferred)
Salary: $118,000-$139,000 USD

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a team of strategists and channel experts for a global enterprise engagement, serving as the internal go-to for day-to-day processes and priorities.
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Own revenue and retention responsibilities for your accounts.
  • Drive overall account strategy, forecasting, and planning.
  • Analyze performance data and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead expansion into new digital paid media channels to facilitate growth.
  • Manage a team to fulfill and expand clients' marketing programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of paid performance digital marketing experience.
  • Deep familiarity with eCommerce and lead generation B2C clients.
  • Experience forecasting and allocating digital marketing budgets across channels.
  • Comfortable with in-depth reporting and presenting best-in-class measurement strategies (experience with MTA, MMA, and incrementality testing).
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing while understanding upper funnel and brand marketing best practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting digital marketing strategies to C-Suite and executive audiences.
  • A proven leader who embraces team success and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves.
  • A self-driven and innovative mindset.
  • Education: 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with backend metrics optimization using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
