SEO PROJECT MANAGER (Sports & iGaming focus)

Position Overview

AdVision Development powers leading affiliate sites in the sports betting/igaming space. We are data-driven, user-focused, and committed to creating the best content and tools for sports bettors. As a highly qualified project manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our innovative authority through strong production experience and effective management practices. You will be responsible for building and developing the SEO team, managing projects from inception to deployment, and ensuring that all initiatives are executed to meet strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and develop the SEO team to ensure maximum performance by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, including schedule, scope, budget estimations, implementation plans, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Analyze project status and revise scope, schedule, or budget as needed to ensure requirements are met.
• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, providing day-to-day updates and handling changes.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols.
• Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to bolster internal capacity.
• Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget.
• Track staffing requirements and manage hiring as needed.
• Establish and maintain processes for managing project scope, including setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks.
• Assign and monitor resources to maximize deliverables.
• Report project outcomes and risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues when necessary.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven success in an operations management role.
• Strong skills in team development and oversight.
• Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities, with experience managing performance calendars.
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and working independently in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
• Proven success working with all levels of management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the digital marketing industry.
• Familiarity with sports betting and/or online gaming industries.
• Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets.
