Position Overview
Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, this role supports the financial and operational units of the organization by managing tools and systems to track and analyze data trends and preparing utilization and cost projections. You will ensure that all departmental activities fulfill CMHA-CEI’s mission, policies, and procedures, and that any modifications to data and data structures meet established protocols in consultation with the Information Services Department.
Salary: Salary commensurate with experience and education; Hours: 40 hours per week; Location: Lansing, Michigan.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the financial and operational units by managing and analyzing data trends.
- Manage tools and systems for data tracking and reporting.
- Prepare utilization and cost projections.
- Execute departmental activities in alignment with CMHA-CEI’s mission, policies, and procedures.
- Modify data and data structures following established procedures and consultations with the Information Services Department.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Management, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience with demonstrated SQL and Object Oriented Programming ability).
- Minimum of two years’ experience with data analytics/business intelligence and data visualization tools.
- Proficiency in complex SQL queries.
- Experience with C#, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), PowerBI, or similar tools.
- Ability to analyze large volumes of data and make timely decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to complete assignments within structured timelines.
- Access to reliable transportation for job-related use.
- Capability to utilize close peripheral vision with the computer terminal for extended periods.
