Job Description
Position Overview
At Inno Supps, we're one of the fastest-growing DTC supplement brands in the world, and we're looking for someone who can turn emails into experiences and customers into loyal fans. You’ll own the post-purchase customer journey by building and optimizing email and SMS programs that increase engagement, retention, and lifetime value. From creating high-converting automations and promotional campaigns to A/B testing and performance analysis, you’ll make every message more relevant, timely, and revenue-driving.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer LTV through data-backed segmentation, testing, and ongoing optimization
- Own subscription lifecycle messaging (onboarding, replenishment, save flows, skips/cancellations, and churn prevention)
- Build and improve post-purchase automations (order confirmation to education, cross-sell, upsell, and replenishment)
- Lead win-back and retention strategies across email + SMS, including churn/reactivation campaigns
- Manage loyalty and VIP programs, incentives, and targeted offers to increase repeat purchase rate and advocacy
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of advanced email and retention marketing (Klaviyo experience = big plus)
- Strong mix of creative copy instincts + data-driven strategy
- A love for business, health, fitness, and helping people perform at their best
