Grafana Labs is looking for an Strategic Account Executive, Acquisition who will own prospecting and closing new business across the New England region, nurture customer relationships, and manage the entire sales process – all while championing a consultative sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales goals
- Conduct outbound prospecting and secure net-new customers
- Manage all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, meetings, product demos, proofs of concept, proposals, and negotiations
- Effectively convey the value of both Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise
- Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce and handle quote creation, order processing, and customer requests
Required Qualifications
- 5+ Years of Experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales
- Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment (top 10% performer)
- Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, and a tenacious team player
- Adaptable with demonstrable experience in high-velocity technology companies
- Excellent communication skills across multiple channels and the ability to build strong relationships
- Familiarity with open source technology is a significant advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Salesforce
- Experience with Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC methodologies

- Compensation: $320,000 - $340,000 OTE, plus Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) based on level, experience, and skillset
