Entry Level Software Developer

Position Overview

Based in Dayton, Ohio, Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking creative individuals driven to produce great software solutions. As an in-office developer, you will contribute to exciting projects across various platforms such as Windows, .NET, Linux, iOS, and Android. You will develop application and system software for diverse environments including client/server, browser-based, mobile, and embedded systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Review specifications, provide technical designs, and code and test software projects.
• Contribute to the development of both new and existing products.
• Collaborate on projects across various environments including client/server, browser-based, mobile, and embedded systems.
• Participate in a structured training program with an assigned mentor.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or graduation from a technical school or boot camp is a plus – training is provided.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Self-starter with initiative who takes personal responsibility and pride in their work.
• Ability to be productive individually as well as on a team.
• Leadership potential is a plus.
