Position Overview

Join us as an Overnight Front Desk Agent at the iconic Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix—a property celebrated for its rich history and luxury, featuring over 700 rooms, extensive banquet space, and a variety of food, beverage, and leisure amenities. In this role, you will be the face of our property during the night shift (10:30pm-7am), ensuring exceptional guest service during check-in and check-out.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register guests, assign rooms, accommodate special requests, and assist with pre-registration and reservation blocking according to department standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room rates, packages, and promotions, ensuring guests are informed of all available options.
  • Develop a working understanding of PBX, Concierge, and Reservations functions.
  • Keep the Front Desk area clean and organized at all times.
  • Handle guest inquiries with a focus on delivering high-quality service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • When working the night/3rd shift, produce reports and perform system updates to record revenues and guest data for accurate business-day records.
  • Ensure the Front Desk checklist is completed each shift, including the attachment of required reports.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to safety by knowing and executing the correct actions during emergencies, minimizing risks to guests and associates.

Required Qualifications

  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Prior customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience handling cash.
  • Prior luxury hotel experience.
  • Previous Front Desk experience.
