This is the ideal role for a high-caliber marketing professional with a proven track record in digital campaign management. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the post-sales implementation of digital campaign activities across assigned markets, optimizing campaigns, and monitoring performance data to ensure excellence in execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the post-sales process, ensuring full and complete delivery of all digital campaigns.
- Account Management: Collaborate with sales teams and digital clients to support their needs and relay client expectations to the fulfillment and trafficking teams.
- Campaign Management: Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously by tracking timelines, due dates for deliverables, launches, and revisions.
- Maintain a working knowledge of digital capabilities and inventory, and master internal systems to respond swiftly to internal and external requests.
- Campaign Reports: At campaign completion or month-end, prepare and present performance reports for digital campaigns in collaboration with the Account Executive.
- Deal Stewardship: Manage and execute digital orders in OMS, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with ongoing and month-end billing by performing QA, mapping orders, and approving in the Billing System.
- Stakeholder Communication: Ensure clear, professional, and efficient communication between sales and fulfillment teams to meet or exceed campaign execution standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum two years’ experience working with digital marketing campaigns.
- Minimum two years’ experience in a sales environment.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in an organized, process-oriented manner.
- Professional demeanor with comfort in presenting to and interacting directly with clients.
- Proven ability to collaborate successfully across various teams within the organization.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and adept at prioritizing tasks accordingly.
- Quick-witted with a knack for understanding and offering solutions for diverse responsibilities.
