Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic Drop Claims Adjuster for a full-time, remote position based in Oklahoma City, OK. In this entry-level role, you will investigate claims, negotiate settlements, and handle detailed data entry for a third-party subrogation firm that prides itself on excellent customer service and a supportive, people-first culture. Enjoy a lucrative compensation plan with a base pay starting at $15.50/hour during your first 90 days, transitioning to $12.50/hour thereafter, plus bonus opportunities that reward your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate claims issues and provide information to homeowners, contractors, and other parties.
- Negotiate settlements with damagers and insurance companies as applicable.
- Review claim information and conduct additional research to complete claim records.
- Determine liability by gathering and reviewing physical evidence, photographs, reports, and other reference material.
- Resolve disputes and respond to objections related to damage claims.
- Enter detailed data into customized claims systems and track claim statuses.
- Perform skip tracing using internet resources as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of clerical and/or data input experience.
- Excellent attendance, punctuality and strong time management skills.
- Organized, thorough, and detail-oriented with accurate data review and entry skills.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- High-speed internet service is required.
