Position Overview
Associate, Retention Marketing (Remote) at Under Armour – Remote, US – Date: Jul 28, 2022. Under Armour’s mission is to make you better. In this role, you will drive profitable growth from our Direct-to-Consumer business by coordinating and executing email and mobile marketing campaigns for the US, Canada, and Mexico markets. You will manage day-to-day operations including project planning, creating tracking codes, securing creative assets, and overseeing the proofing and approval process for on-time and accurate campaign deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations and execution of the email and push app marketing programs.
- Author project plans for campaign builds including deployment details, audiences, creative assets, URLs, tracking codes, testing, dynamic elements, and versioning.
- Create tracking codes to ensure accurate reporting for each campaign.
- Secure and deliver final creative assets to the development team.
- Oversee the proofing and approval process for on-time and accurate campaign deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to collect information, feedback, and manage execution of necessary changes.
- Work closely with DTC & Creative teams to ensure deliverables are aligned with channel goals and received on time.
- Support the implementation of a testing calendar to trial new creative tactics, tools, and optimize strategies.
- Stay up to date on competitive landscapes, best practices, and trends in email and mobile marketing.
- Make recommendations to improve various aspects of the email marketing programs.
Required Qualifications
- Highly collaborative with an ability to build relationships across teams and with external agencies/vendors.
- Strong project management skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience coordinating promotional, triggered, or transactional email marketing campaigns.
- Experience with an enterprise ESP is a plus (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred).
- Return to Work Designation: Fully remote; no relocation provided.
