Position Overview

Talent Acquisition Manager located in Greenwood Village, CO. City Light & Power (CLP) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our HR team of professionals at our corporate location. CLP is an innovative, reliable, and responsive private Utility Development Leader that supports the federal government, military institutions, municipalities, and major utilities across the US with financing, design, engineering, construction, and ongoing operations and maintenance. This role is essential in sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring employees for CLP and affiliated companies, ensuring the growth and future success of the organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business units to identify talent needs and source top candidates to meet business objectives.
  • Source candidates for current and future opportunities using various tools, networks, and methodologies, prescreen resumes, and submit recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Own the full candidate experience from the initial contact to offer letter acceptance.
  • Oversee interview scheduling, secure hiring manager feedback, create offer letters, and conduct verbal offer discussions.
  • Support Human Resources with pre-employment testing and first day preparation as needed.
  • Communicate clear expectations regarding company processes, approvals, and timelines to candidates and business leaders.
  • Maintain timely and compliant communication with all parties about the status of each posting.
  • Coordinate and prepare recruiting events; attend job fairs and industry events to build brand awareness and attract talent.
  • Support social media, marketing, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Manage the company Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and oversee OFCCP compliance reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR to maintain up-to-date job descriptions and postings, while upholding company values and strategic plans.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and ensure reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Marketing is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in full life-cycle recruiting is required.
  • Experience recruiting in highly technical fields such as Engineering is preferred.
  • Proven experience using recruiting platforms (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn) is required.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is required.
  • Knowledge of OFCCP requirements is preferred; understanding of multi-state and federal regulations is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills along with proficiency in software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook are required.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship and possess a valid driver’s license in compliance with the CLP Fleet Policy.

Benefits & Perks

  • Benefits: Excellent benefits package including medical insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, 401k with company contribution, paid time off, and paid holidays.
  • Compensation: Salary range of $85,000 - $120,000 per year based on experience, plus eligibility for the Short Term Incentive Plan. Actual compensation may vary based on factors unrelated to sex.
