Key Responsibilities

  • Business Analyst
    • Perform functions on projects such as scope and requirement documentation, test case development, and user acceptance testing
    • Support day-to-day business activities and system usage/entitlement
    • Act as a liaison between the business units and IT
    • Understand business processes and partner on system and process changes
  • Application Developer
    • Support the design, construction, and implementation phases of system or upgrade projects
    • Solve problems for various business partners including equipment automation, factory management, IC and software design engineering, and Finance, Operations, Marketing, or Supply Chain
    • Utilize web development, programming (C, C++, JAVA, PERL, HTML, SQL) and scripting skills in Unix or Windows environments, working with Oracle or similar database systems
  • Systems Admin / Security Admin / Network Specialist / Mainframe Specialist
    • Administer client/server databases (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft) or support Enterprise UNIX environments (patch/version management)
    • Develop and execute security controls, defenses, and countermeasures to protect company email, data, e-commerce, and web-based systems
    • Manage and maintain a large install base of computers running various operating systems (Unix, Oracle, SAP, Windows)
    • Plan, design, and implement local and wide-area network solutions across multiple platforms, including IP and VOIP
    • Provide mainframe system and application support using JCL, TSO, ISPF, and Assembly/COBOL programming languages
