Job Description

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a high-volume technical tolling services program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound customer inquiries related to toll accounts, payments, disputes, and application status
  • Work with suspended accounts and accurately document service requests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure full resolution of customer issues

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Associate degree or higher preferred
  • At least six months of customer service experience; call center experience strongly preferred
  • Fluency in English and comfort navigating multiple systems
  • Able to troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
