Position Overview

Join a global leader as an Entry Level Marketing Intern for a 12‑Month program that supports market intelligence, CRM administration, export/import data management, customer relationship management, and inventory oversight. This is a full‑time hourly position with office hours Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree and work on‑site full time.

Bilingual Korean is required to facilitate collaboration between our US and Korean teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management Support – Compile daily warehouse stock status and forecasting reports; manage master data in the SCM system.
• CRM Management – Maintain personnel and customer information using Salesforce; manage customer channel Q&A and organize daily reports and communications.
• America Region’s Export/Import Data Management – Utilize platforms to manage HS Codes data for import/export, ensuring accurate compilation and reporting.
• New Customer Management – Aggregate monthly data on new customers covering demand, application, and business type.
• Global Market Intelligence (GMI) – Input and manage GMI data, compile monthly reports, and coordinate with Headquarters for global alignment.
• Longtail (Small‑Medium Customers) Management – Collect potential customer lists, verify leads, promote target applications/products, and summarize weekly activities.
• Communication Package Support – Assist in updating market intelligence information between Headquarters and the American region.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, SCM systems, Sales Navigator (LinkedIn), or similar data management tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or equivalent data analysis tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• An interest in market intelligence or supply chain operations, with previous experience in data management or CRM considered a bonus.
• Bilingual Korean is required to collaborate with our team in Korea.
