We're looking for a creative and data-driven marketer to join our team. As Associate Director, Affiliate Marketing you’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of online Brand Partnership programs, including Affiliate and Influencer Marketing for a key agency client. This role is a blend of Account Management, Project Management, and Partnership Relations. You will serve as an agency leader for achieving the client’s strategic brand objectives by collaborating with the client and focusing on all facets of strategic growth.

He or she will expand our thriving community and build on our partnerships program through balancing commerce goals with brand value, demonstrating initiative in all areas of improving the management and growth of partnerships.

Your Responsibilities

  • Expand our robust partner program with both affiliates and brand influencers through recruitment and relationship building with new and current partners.
  • Own the strategy and planning lifecycle for quality affiliate/partner opportunities from development, negotiation, execution, campaign monitoring, reporting and analytics, and evaluation. Identify new sources of revenue on behalf of advertisers by extending reach through new publisher relationships or optimizing affiliate marketing campaign strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to better optimize campaign results by interpreting standard and custom reports. Make data-driven recommendations for the business and regularly report on business performance to multiple levels of management.
  • Participate in building and presenting the strategy presentations and quarterly business reviews of results.
  • Delegate tasks to junior team members as necessary, maintaining responsibility for the overall success of the client’s program.
  • Facilitate cross-functional planning and execution by working closely with client marketing and Agency teams (especially, ad ops, Search teams, and media planning).
  • Ensure that all projects remain consistent with agency and client-approved brand communications strategies throughout the program development process.
  • Continuously define efficient and effective methods within our work structure.

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum: bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years: of digital marketing experience, which may include large-agency or senior client-side marketing experience.
  • Minimum: 3 years of experience with Affiliate Marketing, including Partnership management and technology management (e.g., Impact Radius).
  • Experience with digital marketing, including Search, Social, and Influencer Marketing.
  • Experience managing and growing employees and teams.
  • Excellent presentation skills and presentation development skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent project management skills and experience.
  • The ability to both think strategically and execute tactically, with a strong analytical background.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with ability to educate internal agency personnel.
  • Ability to address difficult issues and to solve problems quickly in the face of challenges.
  • Understanding of metrics, analytics and optimization.
