Position Overview
Tribu is looking for a driven, multi-talented Digital Marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about branding and digital. This role is all about taking ownership, constantly optimizing, and building full-funnel marketing campaigns that move the needle for our partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of comprehensive digital marketing strategies focused on SEO, PPC, social media advertising (email, blogs, social, and web) that align with partners' long-term business objectives.
- Build and manage campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn—launch, optimize, and report on performance.
- Create and manage campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp and Klaviyo, including audience segmentation and deliverability strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and website audits to improve organic visibility and search performance.
- Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Enhance SEO performance through content creation, listing optimization, and backlink building both on-site and off-site.
- Monitor campaign performance by analyzing CTR, conversion rates, ROAS, and other key metrics to make data-informed optimizations.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and platform changes to keep strategies fresh.
- Collaborate with social, design, and web teams to ensure campaign integration and alignment with overall goals.
- Provide regular performance reports, insights, and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Utilize tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics to manage leads, track performance, and understand the full customer journey.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years experience in digital marketing, either in agency or in-house settings.
- Proven experience running paid social campaigns and/or Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing principles.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp and Klaviyo.
- Comfortable working with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow.
- Ability to confidently present results and insights to partners and stakeholders.
- Strong writing skills to craft clear, compelling campaign copy.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
