Solving global energy challenges starts here. Join our Professional Development Program (PDP) and be part of a revolutionary team shaping the future of clean energy. In this program you will undergo three 12‑month rotations in key Finance & Accounting functions across Tulsa, Houston, or Pittsburgh. Relocation assistance is provided for moves over 50 miles, and you will gain hands‑on experience with top industry leaders while growing in an environment that values integrity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze industry trends, compile data, and deliver comprehensive reports to drive recommendations.
  • Build and distribute reports on production volume, processing margins, and key operational data.
  • Provide financial modeling and analysis for acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.
  • Deliver presentations and collaborate with team members to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Audit operational processes and support continuous process improvements.
  • Assist with digital empowerment, technology upgrades, and special projects in finance, risk control, and cash management.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting with a graduation date of May 2026.
  • This position is not eligible for sponsorship, OPT, or CPT.
  • Must possess a valid State Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

  • Strong performance and leadership demonstrated through internships, work experience, or campus involvement.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and creative-thinking skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
