Warehouse Supervisor (Wednesday - Saturday)

Supervise the operations and responsibilities of the warehouse team and designated facility, ensuring that company and customer standards for service, quality, safety, and productivity are met. This role is pivotal in overseeing warehouse procedures—including training, scheduling, inventory management, and reporting—to maintain operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback, and assign duties to direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, organize merchandise, and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Plan production schedules and resource allocation for job assignments while keeping accurate time and production records.
• Track and send reports to designated plant personnel.
• Monitor warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure product availability.
• Operate machinery and material handling equipment.
• Resolve employee issues and maintain open lines of communication across all organizational levels.
• Perform assigned projects as instructed.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures (as low as -20°F/-25°C in cold storage and up to 100°F/37°C in dry storage) while using company-provided personal protective equipment.
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs (requirements may vary by facility).
• Flexibility to work varied schedules and shifts, including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable working in varying noise levels.

Compensation

Pay Range: $68,700.00 - $100,200.00
