Job Description

Position Overview

As a Product Designer, you will work in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment leading design work across multiple projects and products. You will employ research techniques, facilitate workshops, craft prototypes, and create compelling user experiences. You will work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to resolve business problems and uncover new opportunities through design thinking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify user cases, acceptance criteria, content, and requirements.
  • Produce working documentation including experience guidelines, wireframes, UX flows, and prototypes.
  • Develop and run prototype testing sessions; test design components, flows, and validate information hierarchy.
  • Collaborate with technical and development teams and facilitate workshops to ensure design alignment.
  • Present design value through effective storytelling and visuals to a range of stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis.
  • Bachelor's Degree related to IT or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum five (5) years’ relevant experience in design and human-centered innovation.
  • Strong understanding of service design practices, product management, Agile methodologies, and digital development.
  • A passion for staying up-to-date on design trends and utilizing the latest practices and tools.
