Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote NYU's brand and reach our target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and techniques to ensure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to create cohesive and impactful campaigns.
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and maintain the university's social media presence, including creating and scheduling content.
- Work closely with the design team to develop visually appealing and engaging digital marketing materials.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and comments, maintaining a positive online reputation for the university.
- Use analytics tools to track website traffic and user behavior, optimizing the user experience.
- Research and identify new opportunities for digital marketing, including emerging platforms and technologies.
- Train and mentor junior team members on digital marketing strategies and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on digital marketing initiatives and results.
- Represent NYU at digital marketing conferences and events to network and stay informed about industry developments.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
- Uphold and promote the university's brand and values through all digital marketing efforts.
