Position Overview

AmeriSave Mortgage is a top‐rated, privately‐owned online mortgage lender with over $130 billion in funded loan volume. We deliver responsible home lending solutions while celebrating our employees’ contributions. We are seeking licensed Loan Officers with an active NMLS number to join our winning team. This remote opportunity runs Sunday–Thursday (10am–7pm EST), though remote applicants from California are not eligible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with borrowers, listen to their needs, and help evaluate AmeriSave’s loan options.
  • Use state-of-the-art technology to qualify borrowers for one or more loan programs.
  • Establish ongoing relationships through best-in-class customer service.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge about our loan programs and financing options.

Required Qualifications

  • Recent mortgage loan origination experience required (2+ years preferred); call center experience is a plus.
  • Must meet all Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) requirements.
  • Understanding of mortgage regulatory guidelines.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to connect quickly and establish rapport with clients.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
  • Self-motivated, driven, high-energy with a positive attitude.
  • Detail oriented and results driven.
  • Strong desire to succeed in a sales environment and be a top producer.
  • Proactive with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
