Position Overview

Electrolux Group is a leading global appliance company that has shaped living for the better for over 100 years. Under renowned brands such as Electrolux, AEG, and Frigidaire, the company operates in around 120 markets worldwide. In this role, you will report to the Manager of Talent Acquisition and serve as a TA Partner—collaborating with Hiring Managers, the People team, and cross-functional leaders to deliver an end-to-end recruiting process for our corporate functions. This position is hybrid from our Charlotte, NC HQ (required 60% in office; core hours).

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners to support the end-to-end recruiting process for talent needs across IT, R&D, Product Line, Design, Quality, and Consumer Direct Interaction (CDI) organizations in the US and Canada.
  • Conduct intake meetings, qualify job requirements, and develop strategic sourcing strategies to build a qualified and diverse candidate pool.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing and posting strategies, recruitment branding initiatives, and networks to engage and attract top talent.
  • Source, review, assess, and qualify candidates against key competencies, skills, and experience requirements for the role.
  • Develop clear communication routines to provide effective updates and maintain documentation and tracking of requisition activity using systems like Workday and Phenom.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience sourcing, interviewing, and creating recruiting strategies for niche roles.
  • Strong understanding of industry-standard recruiting policies and practices.
  • Excellent partnership and service delivery skills with a strong customer orientation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a highly matrixed environment across varying levels of management.
