Position Overview
Gates Corporation, a leading manufacturer of application-specific fluid power and power transmission solutions, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our downtown Denver headquarters. In this role, you will support our talent acquisition strategy for various functions including engineering, operations, IT, sales, finance, and corporate positions, ensuring we continuously exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with key stakeholders (hiring managers, HR Business Partners, compensation,benefits, etc.) to establish full-cycle talent acquisition plans and develop candidate pipelines.
- Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS), drive Gates’s process, and meet Global Recruiting SLAs (e.g., Time to Fill).
- Source active and passive candidates and manage client relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate during the offer process by identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Support campus recruiting, employer branding, regional career fairs, DE&I, and other talent acquisition-related projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree is required.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates in the external marketplace.
- Understanding and demonstrated expertise in recruiting principles and best practices.
- Demonstrated understanding of employment laws related to recruiting and hiring.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in an ATS system, Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other related software.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in the office.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting within an agency and/or manufacturing environment.
Benefits & Perks
- Salarybetween $91,600 - $97,000.
- Not bonus eligible.
- Full-Time position.
- Relocation is not provided.
- Medical, Dental, Vision insuranceand other voluntary benefit options (benefits begin on the first day of the month following your hire date).
- Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days.
