Position Overview

UI/UX Designer – Contingent Worker (Information Technology)
Location: Denver, Colorado (ZIP: 80202)
Employment Type: Contract

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to create elegant, intuitive, and conversion-optimized experiences for VF Corp’s eCommerce products. You will work with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to design user-centered solutions that meet both business goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user experiences for websites, mobile apps, and other digital touchpoints.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to guide design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs following brand guidelines.
• Design user journeys that feel effortless and drive conversion.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Use analytics (heatmaps, A/B testing) to iterate and improve user experiences.
• Stay current on design trends, tools, and eCommerce best practices.
• Innovate and challenge existing user experience flows.

Required Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end eCommerce design projects (web + mobile).
• Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
• Deep understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
• Experience with user research and data-driven design.
• Strong visual, interaction, and storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end capabilities (a plus).
• Familiarity with accessibility standards, SEO considerations, and performance optimization.
