Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Support system documentation, testing, and troubleshooting
• Assist with user acceptance testing and quality assurance efforts
• Help analyze system workflows and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with technical and client services teams to understand user needs and translate them into functional solutions
• Participate in team meetings and gain real-world insight into the tech behind DEI compliance

Required Qualifications

• Current undergraduate or graduate student in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interest in software systems, data analysis, or tech consulting
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a remote environment
• Self-starter who is comfortable working independently and collaboratively
