Sr Product Designer

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team and lead the creation of innovative and user-centered digital experiences. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, test, and refine solutions that align with both user needs and business goals. Your expertise will be essential in driving impactful designs that balance functionality, aesthetics, and feasibility. This is a long-term contract position Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota.

• Effectively articulate design decisions and their rationale to stakeholders and team members, fostering alignment and understanding.
• Facilitate collaboration within cross-functional teams through design workshops and storytelling techniques.
• Mentor entry-level designers, providing guidance on best practices and methodologies to strengthen team capabilities.
• Lead initiatives to improve product usability and engagement while ensuring alignment with company vision.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the organization.
