In this entry-level Full Stack Marketing Coordinator role, you will support the Marketing Director across initiatives such as social media, CRM, content creation, website updates, campaign execution, and performance tracking. Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Director with day-to-day execution and project coordination
- Assist with social media marketing, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement
- Help manage CRM and customer communications, including email and SMS campaigns
- Support website updates, landing pages, and seasonal promotions
- Assist with paid media campaigns and local marketing initiatives
- Create and edit marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite
- Track campaign performance and assist with reporting and insights
- Collaborate with internal teams on promotions and initiatives
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of marketing experience (home services experience preferred)
- Basic understanding of digital, social, and content marketing
- Experience or familiarity with CRM platforms (ServiceTitan preferred)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Exposure to SEO, LLM seeding, and AI optimization
- Familiarity with paid advertising platforms or analytics tools
- Ability to follow directions, accept feedback, and execute efficiently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable collaborating with multiple teams
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
