Position Overview

In this entry-level Full Stack Marketing Coordinator role, you will support the Marketing Director across initiatives such as social media, CRM, content creation, website updates, campaign execution, and performance tracking. Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing Director with day-to-day execution and project coordination
  • Assist with social media marketing, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement
  • Help manage CRM and customer communications, including email and SMS campaigns
  • Support website updates, landing pages, and seasonal promotions
  • Assist with paid media campaigns and local marketing initiatives
  • Create and edit marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Track campaign performance and assist with reporting and insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams on promotions and initiatives
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of marketing experience (home services experience preferred)
  • Basic understanding of digital, social, and content marketing
  • Experience or familiarity with CRM platforms (ServiceTitan preferred)
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Exposure to SEO, LLM seeding, and AI optimization
  • Familiarity with paid advertising platforms or analytics tools
  • Ability to follow directions, accept feedback, and execute efficiently
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable collaborating with multiple teams
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
