Entry Level IT / Hardware Support / Onsite

Position Overview

Are you looking to break into the tech industry and gain real-world IT experience? We’re hiring for entry-level roles supporting hardware work in a data center environment. No prior data center experience is required – a great opportunity for individuals coming from customer service, construction, or other hands-on fields who are curious about technology and want to build a career in IT. This role is offered on a contract basis for 6-8 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Physically work with servers and related equipment in a data center environment.
• Assist with upgrades, replacements, and general hardware support tasks.
• Handle, install, and replace hardware components.
• Follow detailed, step-by-step procedures to ensure safety and accuracy.
• 100% Data Center & 100% Hands on

Required Qualifications

• Interest in technology, IT, or infrastructure work.
• Comfortable working with your hands and around hardware (servers, cables, racks, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
• Dependable, professional, and eager to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ or similar entry-level IT certifications.
• 1-2 years in a hands-on role (customer service, help desk, warehouse, construction, etc.).
• Familiarity with basic computer hardware (CPU, memory, storage, etc.) is a big plus.
