Entry Level Customer Service Representative

Position Overview

The Florida Team is hiring an Entry Level Customer Service Representative in Boca Raton, FL. In this role, you will engage in one-to-one customer interactions, develop and maintain client relationships, acquire new customers, and retain existing ones. The ideal candidate must be local and prepared to start within two weeks due to high demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in one-to-one customer interactions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing communications or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales and/or marketing
• Local candidate with the ability to start within 2 weeks

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
• Basic knowledge of marketing and customer acquisition strategies
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Strong time management and public speaking abilities
