Job Description

Position Overview

IQVIA, the only global provider of commercial solutions, is dedicated to helping biopharma, medical device, and diagnostic companies deliver innovative therapies to those in need. As part of our world‐class Commercial Sales & Medical Solutions organization, you will support patient programs by providing payment assistance solutions (such as co-pay cards or vouchers) and by fielding requests including card activation, program eligibility, benefit explanations, and troubleshooting submission rejections. This is a 100% remote, contract opportunity with the potential to convert to a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary call center contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals utilizing the Opus Health program.
  • Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other available means.
  • Quickly assess user issues and deliver first level support for problem resolution.
  • Document resolution details and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
  • Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements to management.
  • Work 40 hours per week, with shifts available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm ET, or 11:00 am to 8:00 pm EST.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Pharmacy Technician experience
  • HIPAA certification
  • Call center experience (3+ years preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in medical claim processing
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
