Job Description

Position Overview

Part of the Global Nike Concept Team, the Styling function sits at the heart of the product lifecycle process from conceptual ideas to retail reality. This role supports the head-to-toe styling strategy and brings creative concepts to life for Nike Kids & ACG.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-create the vision for how Nike Kids & ACG come to life for the consumer, supporting an upstream strategy with an end‐in‐mind approach.
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors, Concepts, Product Design, Merchandising, Marketing, and VM teams to influence Brand Campaigns, the Retail Experience, and Digital Channels.
  • Participate in brainstorms, photoshoots, styling insights sessions, planning, and tool development while pitching work to cross-functional teams.
  • Juggle multiple seasons and support various internal and external productions as a Nike Product expert.
  • Partner with Creative Directors, Concepts, and Merchandising to identify key looks for seasonal projects and ensure the design vision is executed flawlessly.
  • Support the creation of tools and brand standards to showcase styling excellence.

Required Qualifications

  • Solid portfolio demonstrating a passion for the art and science of styling, from editorial to everyday.
  • A positive mentality with proven ability to flex and adapt to changing business needs while maintaining creative quality.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with internal and external stylists and the ability to orchestrate cross-functional teamwork.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Fashion, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Design or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, experience and training.
  • Highly developed curiosity and knowledge of fashion and youth culture, both current and past.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Keynote, Excel, and Photoshop.
  • Excellent influencing & negotiating skills required.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately twice per year.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience styling in-house at a brand.
  • Mac proficiency and experience with Figma, Miro, and Airtable.
