Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a licensed insurance agent across specialties such as life, health, property & casualty, annuities, disability, long-term care, commercial, and group benefits.
• Provide comprehensive financial services by integrating wealth management solutions into your practice.
• Develop and maintain strong, consultative client relationships while ensuring predictable, sustainable outcomes.
• Utilize cutting-edge operational systems and technology to deliver exceptional service.
• Collaborate with local leadership and engage actively in training and development.

Required Qualifications

• Must possess an active NE License or the ability to reinstate/obtain one.
• Proven experience in the insurance industry with a commitment to excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience in multiple insurance areas including life, health, property & casualty, financial services, annuities, disability, long-term care, commercial, or group benefits.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving consistent, predictable results and thriving in collaborative, high-support environments.
