Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, reservations, and providing remote assistance.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to clients, offering insights and expertise to enhance their travel experiences.
  • Liaise with travel partners and vendors to coordinate bookings, confirmations, and updates, maintaining clear communication.
  • Address any issues or concerns promptly, providing solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions, appointments, and other relevant information in compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to support departmental success and ensure a positive client experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in administrative support, reception, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using office software and online communication platforms.
  • Passion for travel and a willingness to learn about various destinations and travel preferences.
