Email Specialist

Position Overview

The Email Specialist within our Marketing and Communications Operations team in Dallas, TX (Texas residents only) is responsible for developing and executing internal and external email campaigns. Working remotely, you will support the creation of automation and journey strategies to nurture audiences while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Produce internal and external email campaigns that align with organizational goals and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud for template and content management.
• Develop and code emails using HTML, CSS, and AMPscript to ensure optimal rendering across various email clients and devices.
• Support the development and implementation of email automation and journey strategies for audience nurturing.
• Ensure all email marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and HIPAA.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in email marketing, automation, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and familiarity with SQL databases.
• Basic competency in Photoshop for photo editing.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, HIPAA) and ability to adapt to regulatory changes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the healthcare industry or a highly regulated environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communications, or equivalent experience.
